Job Summary:
This role is responsible for:
Meet goals set for the region. Primary accountability towards OPEX and Systems and Process and a shared accountability for Topline and EBITDA. Motivate and inspire team to be process-oriented, customer-focused, innovative, fast and team-oriented in their work.
- Ensure that the objective of top line and bottom line is achieved
- Understand the potential market in the particular geography
- Analyse customer requirements
- Interaction and coordination with all the departments at the geography level
- Maintain the predetermined margin for profit for the region
Nature Of Role:
- Mentor, Facilitate and guide the team
Specific Accountabilities / Deliverables:
Internal Business Processes:
- Ensure efficient functioning of the stores
- Ensure efficient supply chain
- Ensure the best process in place by interacting and communicating with all concerned departments
- Devise strategy for an effective pilferage control
Learning And Growth:
- Bench-marking with the best retail stores in the area
Financial:
- Ensure maximum use of resources
- Ensure an efficient maintenance of operations budget
Customer:
- Ensure effective and efficient performance by the team to get the maximum store turnover
- Support and motivate people under him to maintain good relations with the external customers

- Directly supervises staff : Multiple
- Supervises staff through subordinate supervisors : Multiple
Educational / Professional Qualifications:
- The incumbent should be graduate
- The incumbent should preferably be MBA in any discipline
Experience:
- 7-9 years of experience in related Industry, preferably in retail Operations
Comments:
- Good interpersonal skills, Negotiation skills, ability to lead from front and SAP
