Operations Analyst - BFS

Job Role Summary

The Operations Associate works closely with the Senior Management Team on developing, consulting, and implementing solutions. This position requires strong team skills, flexibility, attention to detail, and a deep passion to solve unique social-rural problems. The right candidate will be an integral and early member of the team to enthusiastically support and execute the establishment and expansion of the startup.

Responsibilities and Duties

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about driving impact through a sustainable business model to the small and marginal farmers of rural India.

- Identify, drive and oversee project requirements while analyzing the operations

- Act as an advisor and executor to the Senior Management Team and CEO while participating in regular meetings

- Assist the Senior Management Team and CEO in the decision-making and execution of strategic initiatives

- Assess and drive projects and determine the proper course of action

- Ensure all issues are addressed properly and judiciously

Key Qualifications

- Bachelors- Degree in Sciences, Humanities, Business or related field from a top Indian University

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

- Demonstrated passion to serve the rural community

- Solid managerial and interpersonal skills to approach people of all seniority levels

- Ambitious, self-motivated, team player

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude

- High flexibility with enthusiasm to travel (with and without Senior Management Team) and
