Operational Risk & Control Analyst

Position: Operational Risk & Control Analyst (2-4 yrs)

Role:

- Conceptualize MIS reports for Operational Risk and Control team and present it to senior management for approval

- Extensive Interaction with senior management and various product heads in regions to keep track of pending operational risk control issues

- Responsible for creating efficiencies in existing processes

- Automation of various tasks/reports using Excel/VBA/SQL/QlikView

Requirements:

- MBA/CA with 2-4 years of experience in Risk and Control, Operational Risk, Operational Risk Reporting

- Should have good understading of the Banking and Financial Services sectors and its products and processes

- Thorough Working Experience of Capital Markets and Operational Risk process

- Sound Understanding of business metrics and MIS, Operational Risk Measurement and Reporting

- Excellent VBA/ SQL Skills

- Good analytical skills, good attention to detail

- Good interpersonal and communication skills
