- Forecast & provide strategic analysis for business demands like call volumes, work items, average handle time and other drivers against planned objectives  - Identify and analyse key business drivers to assist in forecasting accurate demand and associated staffing  - Utilize the forecast for further capacity planning at strategic, tactical level & intraday level  - Develop quantitative techniques such as time series and regression analysis and drivers based modeling to predict population impact, response rates, average handle times and volumes distributions by month, day, and hour  - Deploy predictive models and tools to support management decisions as they relate to short and long term goals and forecasts  - Develop in-depth operations analysis to study trends and factors affecting operations demand, efficient operations staffing etc  - Deliver value-added data and analytical services to the operations management team which include forecasting inbound call load, work items, emails and other business demands within specified accuracy  - Regular deliverables will be data-driven statistical analysis (including forecasting) and daily monitoring of performance and trend  - Output will be directly used for operations staffing and performance reviews will reach senior management  - Simulate the impact of proposed initiatives on service level, abandoned rates, staffing, handled times in case of call centre operations  Candidate Description:  - Produce and analyse Key Performance Metrics and recommend ways to optimize metric integrity for management review  - Ability to interpret data at a granular level is extremely important.
