Who are we looking for?

Highly motivated and result oriented recruiter and HR manager.

Key requirements –

- 2+ years’ experience in recruitment space, preferably in a recruitment firm or startup

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- People judging skills to conduct interviews

We are one the fastest growing startups in India. 70+ hour workweek is common. If selected, you will be doing a whole lot more than the below JD.

Job description (detailed)

Develop and execute recruitment plans

- Create job description and postings

- Sourcing candidates through various channels

Network with and manage external 3rd party recruitment agencies and other contacts

- Attend startup and other industry meetups

- Work with college placement officers

Presentation and interview candidates

- Deliver attractive presentation about the company at various forums

- Interview candidates to ensure that only the best are able to reach later rounds

- Reference check for selected candidates

Administration and HR

- Track and document applicants profiles

- Create offer letters, rejection letters, employee orientation

- Monthly employee satisfaction reports, team happiness, exit interviews, etc.
