About the client:   It is one of the leading fashion eCommerce players.   Position: Online Visual Merchandising Manager - Campaign Management  Position type: Full time  Apply only if you  a) Are passionate to work in Fashion space  b) Are willing to work in Gurgaon  c) Solid experience in Visual Merchandising (preferably Online)  d) Satisfy the experience and education criteria  e) Possess experience in Retail/eCommerce sector  Responsibilities:  - Concept and creation of onsite stores in the Campaign team  - To conceptualize onsite stores, create briefs and work with creatives and brands to execute the same  - To continuously innovate with latest Visual Merchandising trends and techniques to support making client place as the premium fashion destination  - Administrating the shop section of the website, ensuring product presentation is both commercially and visually strong  - Ensure that the website stays in line with client's aesthetics, visually balancing the products based on commerciality, branding and seasonal trends  - Improving the visual merchandising methods and tools to promote additional selling  - Select product content for emails and editorial, focuses by adhering to the brief, creative brand guidelines and using an understanding of the collection to ensure all business goals are met  - Review results of activities and respond to fluctuating needs of the business by translating these visually across the site ensuring best outcome from a brand, sales and customer perspective  - Work proactively and bring new ideas to constantly improve the shopping experience  - Support planning and execution of weekly website updates in line with e-commerce communication plan; adhering to the message, visual standard and business needs at all times  Education:  Bachelors/Master's degree with a strong background from leading fashion/creative design institutes  Mandatory skills and experience:  - 3-5 Years of experience with majority of the experience in Visual Merchandising (Preferably online)  - Experience with design studios/magazines/e-Commerce  - Having a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brand  - Awareness of current trends in design and fashion  Salary offered: 8 - 11 LPA
