About our Client - Our client is a global electronics giant recognized among the most valuable brands world over in their domain of business. They have aggressive growth plans for India and the region, which will be driven by strong online business initiatives and want to become market leaders within the portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Online Sales Head to drive digital business in India.

Job Description - Reporting to the Country Head, the key accountabilities will be:

- Own P&L for all sales through various online channels - Flipkart, Amazon, Snapdeal, Company EComm. Platform, and other platforms

- Responsible for strategic partnerships and offers

- Monitor sales through various platforms and track traffic and conversion data across platforms

- Device go to market strategy for new launches

- Design effective pricing and marketing strategy (offers/ discounts) across online platforms

- Monitor closely and track competition

- Coordinate and work closely with marketing, product, offline, finance, SCM, customer support teams within company

- Align India sales strategy with the overall global strategy

- Responsible for identifying and on boarding new partners

- Reconcile payment, sales and returns data

- Track product performance and feedback on various online partners

- Responsible for inventory management: allocate inventory across partners; coordinate with manufacturing partner(s)

- Responsible for new product launches in India along with marketing team

The Successful Candidate - 10-15 years of overall experience in handling P&L, out of which at least 5+ years of experience in Internet/Ecommerce and mobile industry in sales and business development roles besides a proven record of application of following competencies :

- Key account management, Negotiation skills, effective communication, problem solving and decision-making, strategic thinking, analytical skills. Excellent communication skills in person, written, over telephone and email besides being self-motivated, reliable, problem solver is a must. The incumbent must be able to work under pressure in a results oriented environment and be able to travel across India. Excellent team management skills and ability to drive a cross functional team to deliver excellence highly desirable.
