Position - Online Marketing Manager  Company overview:  Enchanting Travels is a global company specializing in tailor-made travels to 29 countries around the world. Enchanting Travels has grown within 10 years into a global travel company with more than 20 Million USD in annual sales. In the coming 5 years Enchanting Travels plans to triple its revenues and to build a strong brand within its target segments in the English and German speaking markets. Most of the trip requests from an Enchanting-Travels are generated via Online Marketing which should also be a one of the key growth drivers for the coming years.  Description:  Online Marketing Manager will report to the Managing Directors of the company and will be preferably based in our Bangalore or Delhi office. The role of Online Marketing Manager is to plan and oversee all online marketing activities at Enchanting Travels with the aim of significantly increasing the amount of received trip requests from potential customers:  - Creating annual online marketing plans and budgets for our different source markets  - Overseeing the execution of the different online marketing activities for all our source markets  - Driving our SEO efforts to increase the rankings and traffic on our websites  - Further driving the refinement of our adwords campaign and overseeing the management of the accounts  - Tracking the success of different online marketing activities  - Driving our website development and landing page improvements  - Coordinating with freelancers for marketing topics like SEO, Adwords or Banner development  - Refining and expanding online marketing related processes, structures and competencies.  - Managing the online marketing and website team (currently 6 people)  Requirements:  You must have:  - A university degree, a minimum of 5 years work experience in online marketing   - Significant experience in managing adwords campaigns / paid search  - Indepths knowledge of SEO  - Indepths knowledge of social media marketing  - Indepths knowledge on website usability, website development and landing page optimization  - Experience in managing marketing accounts and teams  - An international background, preferably having lived and worked in Europe or North America  - Preferable work experiences in the tourism or leisure industry  - Excellent mastery of English and preferably German as well  - Ability to deliver strong results  Kindly Note: Expatriate / Expat candidates would be given preference.
