The Online Marketing Lead role is based with a Renowned NBFC in Mumbai.

- 4-8 years of overall professional marketing experience

- Post Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred)

- Prior experience working in banking / payments for digital marketing is desirable.

- Skilled with ability to craft integrated marketing strategies across all channels and touch points, including website, print communications, online communications and direct mail.

- Good understanding of B2B business and marketing dynamics, current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices.

- Well versed with online web analytics tool (such as Google analytics)

- Excellent oral and written communications skills. Able to work effectively with global marketing team and key clients.

- Understanding of different social media platforms – how they work, how users behave on them and how can they be engaged.

- A demonstrated ability of writing articles (blogs, social media, print media etc.) will be highly preferred.

Looking for a digital marketing expert who will be responsible for the planning, execution and management of Online Marketing Strategies ensuring they meet objectives and add to the growth of E-Pay services. A proven and demonstrable record of implementing successful online marketing campaigns is a must. Experience in online marketing – Bank / e-commerce company is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible to develop the proposed e-commerce website in conjunction with the IT, product, and merchant acquisition team and ensure that there is smooth integration of products and merchants.

- The candidate will work closely with the sales and marketing head to develop establish and drive online marketing strategies and also with the product team to meet organizational and business objectives.

- Responsible for strategy, planning and execution of online marketing campaigns (email marketing, banners, etc)

- Work in partnership with various external stakeholders such as media partners and agencies and also with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, merchant acquisition team, to plan marketing activities and budgeting.

- Responsible to improve customer navigation, user experience and content enrichment on web properties.

- Using web analytics tools and reports to track varied metrics and recommend site improvement ideas based on the analysis

- Initiate social Media marketing by utilizing social media platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, Internal/External blogs for target marketing & promotions.

- Create content for corporate marketing collateral, website/blog/social media, and other initiatives.

- Provide assistance on press releases, contributed articles, presentations, events, and conferences.

Execute marketing campaigns and analyze performance based on results and determine marketing return on investment.
