As a Supply Chain Operations Manager (India) your responsibilities include the following  - The position reports to the COO of the company in India and the incumbent needs to work closely with the Management Team in India  - Set up, maintain & manage the End-to-End Supply and Delivery Management Operations in India  - Create quality, reliable, timely & cost-effective supply chains involving toll manufacturers, contract manufacturers, raw material & packaging suppliers and third Party logistics (3PL) partners  - Act as primary local supply chain liaison, maintaining 3PL contracts as appropriate local registrations etc  - Develop strategic relationships with key suppliers to enhance opportunities for business development, business optimization and business partnerships  - Review and negotiate vendor contracts and agreements, and other terms and conditions to for increased supply chain flexibility, reduced costs to achieve company goals and objectives  - Continuously improve operations, streamline work processes to create quality, reliable, timely & cost-effective supply chains encompassing purchasing, production planning, Inter-company and local sourcing  - Maintain local stocks in line with agreed days of sales targets and monitor and control stock accuracy  - Manage the delivery process to customers in India  - Manage Customer Service in liason with the local sales and financial staff  - Manage Quality in the local operation  - Oversee and manage accuracy and timeliness of SAP transactions and interfacing same  - Provide admin and business support to regional sales managers and segment managers as required  - Ensure compliance with SOX controls, local auditing and Statutory requirements  - Reporting and Incident management  Desired Candidate Profile:  We are looking for an experienced End-to-End Supply Chain Manager with a proven track record from Cooler Industries only.
