Designation - Consultant / Senior Consultant Location - Delhi Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with client leadership team and help them drive initiatives across across customer experience, marketing and Analytics domains. - Client level PnL ownership - Ownership of revenue targets within designated clients. Drive new product launches and relationship extensions. - Building strong relationships with all stakeholders of the client. Right from CXOs to Junior Management. - Build strong communication channels at all levels of the client's organization to set proper expectations. - Providing thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution - Drive timely contract renewals and payment recovery - Drive NPS and referral for our solutions What do we look for: - Super passionate about excellence. - Demonstrated intense customer focus. - Analytical mindset - Whatever it takes- attitude - Excellent Communication, written and presentation skills. - Innovative and thinks out-of-the-box - Ability to work in a challenging and changing market condition. - MBA from a premier B-school (Preferred)
