Our client is a leading global financial services company. It does business in more than 100 countries, providing consumers, corporations, governments and institutions with a broad range of financial products and services, including consumer banking and credit, corporate and investment banking, securities brokerage and wealth management.

Job Description :

- As an On boarding Specialist, you will deliver a superior new preplacement experience by providing a high level of customer service and maintaining quality throughout the pre-employment on boarding process.

- You will ensure the completion and accuracy of all pre-employment processes and forms according to the policy and guidelines, while maintaining data integrity.

- You will audit all candidate information, verify background investigations, oversee the fingerprinting and licensing processes as applicable as well as adhere to record retention guidelines. In providing this support, the On boarding Specialist will interact with new hires, Recruiters, Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers/Executives and other areas of Human Resources as needed.

- Support the process and HR colleagues pro-actively within a fast paced environment.

- Ensuring recruiters and hiring managers are made aware of any issues which may negatively impact start date or hire. Take positive steps to ensure a controlled hiring process.

Requirements :

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and written at all levels within the organization.

- Strong team player to ensure that both individual and team deliverables are met

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

- Heightened sense and ability to produce quality work and maintain data accuracy in all transactions

- Graduates with at least 3 years of experience
