Onus to Do:   - Research and collect insights on current market trends across retail chains, restaurants, media etc, and prepare statistical reports using data from surveys done on consumer behavior, that guide strategic positioning of the brand.  - Preparing a detailed business plan on the project and product emphasizing on the value provided to the client and consumers.  - Consolidate the information on the various market segments in SME with multi brands and single brand outlets, across tier 1 and tier 2 regions, and document the same into cohesive and understandable written form in order to implement the revenue strategy.  - Liaising and networking through B2B and B2C models across various segments, and managing customer relationships for product penetration.  - Develop a business plan and growth strategy for the product launch and development across modules ensuring complete flow of idea to be implemented in the market.  - Flesh out potential ideas related to market expansion strategies in the retail segment and product diversification among the potential consumers through market opportunity analysis.  - Enhancing the strength of the brand across channels, creating loyal customers through market segmentation, while maintaining budget and evaluating marketing plans.   - Identify gaps and opportunities by doing competitive market analysis in the product category in order to be strategic and tactical for better positioning of the product.  What It Takes:   - Deep understanding of brand marketing and how to build brilliant strategies across multiple verticals with passion to uncover consumer behavior in order to connect in an impactful manner.  - Developing strategies and creative ideas to build the brand identity, understanding the audiences and challenges broadly.  - Understanding how to get new ideas to market with proven ability to manage large scale industry events in order to develop high quality sales content and insights and to execute creative marketing activities.  - Strong academic background with expertise in business, economics, communication, marketing and related fields preferred.   - Thought leadership skills on how technology is changing business and its functions.  - Excellent oral and written communication skills including technical writing skills.  - Qualified marketing professional with preferably MBA in marketing or digital marketing background.  Individuality:   - Self motivator with ability to think out of the box.  - Passion to work under pressure and meet deadlines.  - Leadership and though management skills.  - Research oriented with initiative to act.  - Strong self motivator with Ability to deal with ambiguity.   We- re looking for extraordinary individuals with a passion to make a difference, and the determination to make it happen.  We invite you to explore this opportunity with an in person discussion, towards this endeavour.
