OLX is uniquely positioned to change the advertising landscape in classifieds through its obsession for creating win-win exchanges on mobile.  - As Ad Sales Manager, you will work closely with Monetization team to strategize and develop strategic partnerships across industry verticals.   - You will focus on growth and gain maximum share of category spends on digital platforms.   - You will maintain day-to-day client interactions; ensure that the team meets client expectations and upsell additional revenue - opportunities.   - You will provide actionable insight on ad performance using analytics tools, and manage all internal team reporting on ad sales, impressions and related metrics.  - The desire to work in a creative, changing and data driven environment with a high performance team in a fast-moving sector is essential.  Job Responsibilities :  - Acquiring new clients across industries.  - Constant engagement with client, growing the business month on month from each client.  - Identify and map prospective clients, should be responsible for cultivating new relationships, managing sales pipeline, forecasting revenue monthly/quarterly and by region.  - Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.  - Coordinate with Monetization team for submitting the plans as per the client brief.  Basic Qualifications :  - Graduate (MBA preferred) with 3-5 years of relevant industry experience in online agency business or within online media sales.  - Knowledge of prices, margins and activities of both, own products and competition.  - Numbers-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using web analytics.  - Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.  - High on initiative. Conveys a sense of urgency and drives issues to closure; persists despite obstacles and ambiguities.  - Ability to influence others and gain support from stakeholders. Strong negotiator, collaborator and team player.  - Ability to understand customer segment specific needs and provide the best solutions.  - Client servicing and key Account Management.
