Job Summary   The Training Manager, Ola Care Bangalore, is responsible for supporting performance improvement, productivity and effectiveness of the training department through management of training resources and reporting and analysis of relevant data, metrics and operating results. The Training Manager will generate insights and recommend solutions to drive knowledge improvement in the organization, and departmental process improvement and optimized ways of working.   JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  - Support the identification of training and development needs within the organization through regular consultation with business partners;   - Support and help drive the design and expansion of new hire programs based on the organization's needs;   - Manage the administration of Training Data Management systems, compliance to business rules and all applicable support processes; ensure change management processes are followed;   - Ensure control processes are in place to maintain the integrity and mitigate risk from potential changes in strategy or personnel;   - Monitor, analyse, and review the progress of trainees through reporting tools;   - Ongoing review and analysis of training metrics and data to develop actionable insights and recommend appropriate changes to improve performance;   - Produce training materials as appropriate, including providing narration for web-based trainings;   - Have an understanding of e-learning techniques, and where relevant, being involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages;   - Amend and revise programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment;   - Ensure that training department processes and procedures are developed, documented and executed;   - Partner as needed to support training reconciliation procedures;   - Deliver ILT training sessions as needed to identified sup level audiences;   - Involvement in trainee troubleshooting, help resolve specific training problems, participate in LMS course/curriculum set ups as needed;   - Participate in organizational system change projects as needed to identify and minimize downstream impact  Educational Background and Skills  - Minimum Level of Job-Related Education: Graduation Degree   - Proven experience to create, develop & lead projects   - Experience managing complex projects and demonstrated ability to work independently   - Ability to work in team environment with collaboration across multiple functional areas   - Executional knowledge of learning management systems, survey instruments and strategies   - Knowledge of training metrics and strategies   - Computer technology skills include the Microsoft Suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio and others) in order to complete tasks are required   Job Related Skills  - Ability to develop rapport and credibility with key stakeholders  - Natural ability to flex and adapt in real time based on multiple channels of feedback   - Ability to organize and work effectively with an understanding of organizational policies and activities.   - Proficient in communication, both oral and written.
