Designation : Regional Sales Manager (B2B/Enterprise Sales)
Function : B2B Sales
Location: North & East (Gurgaon), South (Bangalore), West (Mumbai)
Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Sales Managers & Account Managers: own their targets.
Train and motivate the team towards targets.
Assess competitive landscape and create a sales strategy for your team.
Devise a strategy to acquire relevant leads & execute on it.
Create and innovate on sales collateral.
Meet potential clients & pitch the product
Articulate competitive positioning
Record customer interactions in lead tracking and customer issue tracking systems.
Work with product team to suggest new features/ideas in the product.
Follow up with leads aggressively.
Solicit feedback on product and services
Represent Ola at Marketing events, when necessary.

Past Experience:

Note - CTC will be in 70:30 ratio.
Working Days - 6 Days/Week
