JD for Procurements and Payments - Program Manager
The role would be primarily responsible for Vendor Management.
Dealers and other service & device suppliers. This is a people manager role.
Job responsibilities:
- Monthly/Quarterly planning for procurement of vehicles and related devices
- Nurture relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best prices for company
Negotiate with dealers on the Dealer component of on road Price
Negotiate on discounts and services
Design long term arrangements with Vendors in terms of better prices, after sales services and other value added services
- Identify and research potential new suppliers and products
- Develop and implement strategies for procuring, storing, and distributing goods or services and maintaining stock levels
- Oversee a team for
Purchase Request and Purchase Order creations
Vendor Payment reconciliations
- Interact with internal functions for vendor payments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum Graduate from a Tier 1 college (Only Tier 1)
- MBA/PGDM from Tier 1 colleges
- Good negotiations skills is a must
- Prior experience in procurement or vendor management
- Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
- Data Analysis
- Understanding of government and local taxes
- Inventory Management
