Designation : Manager/ Assistant Manager - Marketing  Location : Bangalore  Responsibilities:  - Assisting in deciding marketing mix and finalizing strategies to drive optimum demand across all cities/ products  - Creating marketing calendar; Devising and executing monthly and quarterly marketing plans across media.  - Conceptualising content and campaigns across media platforms   - Interface with the Creative, Media and BTL agencies and vendors to ensure execution of plans.  - Execution of brand activation plans to meet the desired communication objectives.  - Handling all strategic tie-ups and marketing alliances.  - Planning and executing Customer engagement initiatives (offline and online).  - Conducting competitor and industry analysis by keeping abreast of market trends.  Desired Candidate Profile:  - 2-5 years of Brand Management/Advertising/Media Planning experience, MBA preferred   - Premier Institutes (IIT/IIM/XLRI/BITS) only.  - Experience in planning and executing marketing plans.  - Above all, passion and enthusiasm to work in a startup and build a world-class brand.
