We are one of India&#39;s fastest growing startups with many firsts to our credit.  The Business - OLA Play:  - Ola Play is a recently launched revolutionary connected car platform  - We have an aggressive product roadmap to innovate and give customers a seamless experience across channels, and expand where Ola play can be used as an extension of customers personal lifestyle.  Purpose of the Role:  Alliance Manager purpose is to add value to a company by extending its accounts to company partners.  Relationships with these partners must remain well managed and mutually beneficial to both companies. The main objective of an alliance manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company.  Key Role & Responsibilities:  - Build an ecosystem of Ola Play by onboarding key partners across different verticals and drive adoption amongst consumers through extensive account management.  - Create long term strategic alliances with production houses, App companies, Technology partner and Car OEMs  - Develop and maintain broad and deep external partner relations with company partners in all solutions areas.  - Strategic recommendations and implementation of the best solution to take business to the expected growth.  - Experience in handling cross-domain projects.  - Churn potential leads for alliance with Ola and demonstrate business proposal.  - Ability to handle team as well as work as an individual contributor.  - This position is based out of Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai in India and will require travel to locations within India.  Key Skills & Experience:  - Deep business acumen on ability to interact with CXOs  - Should have 3+ years experience for candidates post MBA & around 5- 7 years experience with reputed universities across Business Development, Alliance partnership, Merchant Acquisition, Channel Sales or Alliance sales.   - Strong communications skills, ability to negotiate at all levels  Qualification: MBA/Management in Business Studies.
