This is a rare opportunity to work with a elite team of engineers, researchers, product managers and designers, and take cutting edge technologies to market at massive scale.  You :  - 10+ years of product management experience.  - Working knowledge of Automotive systems and processes  - Background in Vehicle Telematics, Internet of Things (IoT) or Connected Cars strongly preferred  - Proven Ability in leading engineering and product teams through emerging research.  - An academic background in computer science or electrical engineering (or another engineering discipline) preferred  - Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling vision from multiple, dynamic and competitive streams of research  - Proven experience taking an idea to market and owning its success once launched  - Excellent written and oral communication skills  Your Part :  - Internalize and deeply understand Ola's mission and strategies  - Mentor and provide product leadership and guidance to a team of 2-4 product managers  - Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, engineering, product, and design, to build and own the product roadmap  - Manage and balance multiple projects with competing priorities in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision  - Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, ambiguous start-up environment
