Payments team is organized into two verticals - On Ola payments and Off Ola payments. On Ola payments team focuses on ensuring the most optimal cabs payments experience. Off Ola payments team is built with a vision to serve Ola customers outside of the cabs context and deliver the most seamless payment experience at both off-line and on-line merchant locations.  About the Role  As Associate Director - Payments Risk Management, you will have the end-to-end responsibility to manage risk of a scaled payment platform, which is already powering millions of transactions and growing exponentially. This is a rare opportunity to work with an elite team of data scientists, program managers, engineers, product managers and designers to build a highly effective risk management program form the grounds-up.   You:  - 6-10 years of experience in fraud & risk management, payments and/or e-commerce industry  - Proven ability in building risk management programs that work @ scale including defining right policies, building right cross functional teams and establishing end to end governance  - Strong stakeholder management experience especially in conflict resolution  - Passion for execution and driving results. Ready to roll up your sleeves, dig in, and innovate  - Ability to think strategically and feel at home in an always-on, ambiguous, start-up environment  Your Part:   - Internalize and deeply understand Ola's mission and strategies  - Lead a team of analysts to critically analyze fraud/system abuse incidents to identify trends and patterns. Lead post-mortem analyses and feed analytical insights back to all relevant parties  - Develop and enhance risk policies, processes and products.  - Lead a team of program managers and drive execution across cross functional teams   - Identify KPIs to measure the health of the risk management program and device strategies to ensure continuous improvement
