Roles and Responsibilities: The role: - Lead the P&amp;L for supply on the platform for the entire Ola India business to cater to the growing business and help existing supply realise their full potential - Planning for supply sourcing in different markets and ensuring timely availability - Identifying new opportunities, macro trends and complementing-industry trend for new source of adding supply partners - Managing supply partner earnings and incentives for their effective acquisition and retention - Partner lifecycle management through earnings, training, effective communication and platform capabilities - Provide right insights and inputs to the product teams to improve supply related product capabilities to meet their partner earnings expectations - Deliver better experience for supply partners and customer through quality controls, quality audits and supply training - Manage the Net Revenue expectation of the company for all supply and incentive spends Success Metrics: - As a custodian of supply on the platform you are expected to bring in the right kind of supply at the right time and meet the earnings expectation of the supply partners through optimal use of the levers at hand - Will be judged on generating the right supply profile to deliver the maximum return on investment to the platform Experience &amp; Skills: Candidate must - - Must have 8+ years of experience Channel management, incentive management, supply sourcing and planning ( MBA is preferable, not mandatory) - Candidates with similar experience from Consumer internet companies (Seller management), Telecom(channel partner experience), Financial services(insurance advisors, DSA/DST management, FMCG (distributor management) are preferred - At least one of UG/PG from a Premier Institution - Demonstrate ability to lead and inspire a team of program managers and business analysts and work in a cross functional environment to deliver the expected results - Proven track record of delivering financial targets
