We began with bringing cab drivers and customers on a single platform making transportation hassle free for everyone!   We are one of India's fastest growing startups with many firsts to our credit.   Role: Industrial Relation Manager - Driver Engagement  Work Loc: Bangalore  Qualification: Full time MBA/MSW  Key Responsibilities:  - Responsible for the end-to-end Industrial Relations & engagement activities related to Drivers.  - Liasoning with govt. departments.  - Driver/Labor Management  - Maintaining & updating all statutory compliance and submission of all statutory returns.  - All Govt. Inspection and Audit.  - Update & maintain various HR Policy & Practices pertaining to Drivers.  - Query Handling/ Resolution of Grievance  - Implementation of HR policies (Recruitment, Selection, Performance Appraisal, Compensation Management, Leave Policy, Travel Policy etc.) for bringing out the best from employees.   - Training & developmental activities of Drivers.  - Salary & wage administration.  - Responsible for service condition of Drivers.  - Responsible for maintaining harmonious & cordial industrial relations in the Organization/Business.  - Responsible for statutory compliance, records under various labor laws.  - Dealing with office bearer of union & committee members.   - Negotiation & discussions with office bearer & committee members on various IR matters.  - To have cordial relation with Drivers.  Key Skills & Experience:  - Overall 10 - 15 years of industry experience towards managing Industrial Relation, Employee Relation & Employee Engagement practices for manufacturing industry across PAN India.  - Hands on experience in dealing with Union Dynamics, negotiation and execution of Long Term Wage settlements Implemented Statutory Compliance.  - Should be well-versed with the compliance related to labor laws and government regulations.  - Should be strong in Employee & Public relations.  - Passion to explore in a chaotic startup environment.  - Excellent communication skills - English, Hindi & Kannada mandatory.  If you can connect yourself with the above description, kindly share your update profile at the earliest.  Rajshree  Manager - Talent Acquisition  OLA Group
