Office Innovation - FMCG

Office of Innovation with the objective of bringing concentrated focus to ‘High Impact’ innovation programs & to create an ‘Innovation Ecosystem’ within & outside the organization (including suppliers, customers, research bodies etc). The Office has been responsible for various innovations in the Core Focus Areas:

Customer facing innovation: Innovation around the value proposition of a business based on unique insights into customers’ needs.

Product innovation: Innovation based on developing category creating products.

Technology innovation: Innovation around developing new technologies that would be embedded in products or value propositions.

Internal business processes innovation: Innovation applied to internal business processes of a businesses.
The Office of Innovation works on high level projects that are driven at the business level or functional leadership level which would typically have a strategic impact on the business or function. The innovation team works along with business and functional representatives on well defined projects that start with conceptualisation and end with prototyping. The innovation team is also responsible for developing an innovation culture within the organisation through various initiatives that impact culture and skill development.
