Position: DGM/ Sr Manager OD / Transformational HR

Qualification: Full time MBA

Experience: 8 -10 years post qualification

Role:

- Works within the Talent Management function to support the optimal use of human capital and would be responsible for interventions across business

- Partner with HR in rolling out Year-End Feedback process, including providing training opportunities, guidance, and status reports

- Lead design and implementation of various employee development programs and senior management meetings

- Serve as L&OD Transformational Manager to all business divisions, consulting on solutions to address specific business challenges (e.g. needs assessments, tailored workshops, strategy and leadership meetings, etc.)

- Design and deliver learning programs for a wide range of employees

- Assist in the execution of succession planning
