This position is to support the reporting effort under Risk Management as well as supervising the staff located in India (Arena). The Risk Manager will be assisting with managing projects and creating new reporting for the Business and management that will create visibility to our processes. This opening is key to maintain our progress with metric reporting and key initiatives that impacts performance of operations across our company; and not limited to regulatory and compliance risk metrics.

Knowledge & Skills:

- At least 5 years- experience in Oracle 10/11/12, Strong PL-SQL skill

- Mentoring of Junior Team members

- Need to have excellent team orientation skills. Good Communication Skills required.

- Highly motivated, a Go-Getter who needs very little or no supervision.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- The Manager of Risk Analytics, will assume leadership and managerial role in providing business intelligence and SQL reporting support for risk governance, loss event management and business performance management efforts.

- Strong background in Oracle SQL development, MIS reporting, business intelligence tools and data warehousing, as well as GRC program implementation; candidate will possess profound technical skills in data manipulation.

- Will work closely with the business units to identify areas for control process improvement and assist the business associates in accurately capture requirements, as well as facilitate improvement to SQL script development, performing trend analysis surrounding key metrics across businesses, including automation of reports.

- Specifically, will collaborate very closely with several businesses in the servicing mortgage industry as well as, IT Data Management team, and IT Business Intelligence team.

- Expected to develop an in-depth understanding and expertise of various functions of the Servicing and Originations enterprise and the company's risk reporting requirements in order to drive accurate and timely reporting deliverables.

- Will be experience managing a team of data or business analysts

Qualifications:

- Masters / Bachelor degree in Engineering from reputed colleges (preferably NIT / IIT) with First class.

- Requires 6-10 years commercial data modeling experience designing Operational, Data Warehouse, ODS, Business Intelligence including SQL, Oracle functions, transactions, locks and triggers).

- Working knowledge of the residential mortgage industry standards would be an added advantage
