The Company is seeking a professional who can help lead company's continued success related to being the leader in foreclosure alternatives.   - The candidate will be responsible for the operational and management responsibilities for their teams.   - The candidate will play a key role in the coaching and development of approximately 5-7 Team Leads and 75-95 phone consultants.   - The candidate will have daily interaction with their team members in addition to the complete servicing management team. Focus areas will include utilization of company's technology tools, and loss mitigation experience to achieve top results in call queue management, volume of resolutions, reduction in variability and high quality scores.   - This position will report directly to the Senior Manager, CBS Call Team.  Responsibilities:  - Maintain a working knowledge of all current mortgage industry guidelines, federal and state laws and have the ability to interpret credit policy and investor guidelines.  - Confirm compliance to all investor and government guidelines  - Set the vision, direction, and culture of the team by managing individual and team performance expectations and goals  - Manage and drive staffing plans, cost analysis, schedules, quality initiatives, process change initiatives, projects and other change/initiatives, as required  - Manage the daily operation focusing on Service Levels and customer satisfaction of servicing for residential mortgage loans  - Recruit, train and lead a team of offshore team leaders and consultants  - Develop performance metrics for each position within area of responsibility and lead staff toward exceeding stated business objectives  - Utilize decision and reporting tools to minimize variability, improve quality and maximize profitability of the business  - Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral.  - Interact effectively with senior management, other departments and customers  Key Result Areas:   - Create a team capable of delivering excellent customer service and excellent loan quality  - Meet or exceed team/department productivity standards  - Timely implementation and compliance of all directives  - Motivate, develop and retain a disparate employee base  - Achieve Productivity and Variability metrics based on targets approved by Senior Management  - Maintain a >=95% Quality Average for the department  - Increase the overall Short Sales and Deed in Lieu volume  - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on site performance  - Manage the yearly appraisals for direct reports and staff reporting at the various locations  - Forecast the staffing requirements to handle the call volumes to meet all Service Level Metrics  - Maintainperformance for Key Performance Indicators such as Abandonment Rate, Average Speed of Answer, Service Level, Adherence/Compliance, and attrition rate.  Qualifications:  - Minimum 6 years of experience with at least 4 years in managing operations for US Mortgage process  - Must have managed at least 80 FTE  - Experience in Call Center management strongly preferred  - Bachelor’s Degree Required  - Track record of excellent performance in process management/transition, or similar areas.  - Should be a fast learner and open to working in a dynamic work environment  - Should be able to analyze basic data/reports and provide synopsis/summary of performance  - Should be confident, independent thinker, willing to take initiative and has a sense of urgency  - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the business sense to recognize both departmental and company priorities  - Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Applications such as Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint  - Open to working various departmental shifts, as needed  - Must be willing to travel to Bangalore quarterly
