About our Client - Our client is a leading online service provider and a market leader in the space. You will be heading the acquisitions and business development vertical for them nationally. They are an organization that has a strong presence both globally and in India.
Job Description - Reporting to the Business Head, You will be responsible for:
- Heading the overall sales business for pan India and managing the category heads in order to increase the company's revenues.
- Acquiring new clients for the business (typically large business groups) and managing the existing pool.
- Increasing the overall sales numbers and profitability for the company in India.
- Discussing the terms of the deal and negotiating those terms to suit the needs of your organization.
- Managing 5-6 direct reportees and aligning their responsibilities with respect to the organizational needs.
The Successful Candidate - You should be an ISB/IIM passout with minimum 4-5 years of Sales/Acquisitions/Business Development experience for a leading brand or a startup. An ideal candidate should be taking self-initiative, leadership roles, breakthrough thinking and functioning in highly dynamic environments. A candidate coming from a Big4 consulting will be a preferred choice. You should have outstanding written and oral communication skills and strong organizational and analytical skills.
