A well known global Personal Care brand looking for a Financial Planning & Control Lead reporting to Sales & Brand Controller.  Key Responsibilities :  1) Overall Responsibility of Planning submissions to HQ/ Regional Team  2) Roll out of global reporting tool with local end users and train them  3) Ensure hygiene of system planning and reporting data  4) Active participation in S&OP primary and secondary sales plan  5) GAP Analysis of Planned COGS and margin with actual results  6) Variance Analysis with plan and measure corrective actions  7) Monitoring of brand sales growth and profitability and drive gatekeeper meeting  8) Evaluation of effectiveness and performance of customer / trade promotions  9) Details analysis of monthly visibility and trade scheme utilization  10) Monthly reporting on Modern Trade business trend and Customer Contribution  11) Competition Analysis on periodic intervals and share insights  12) SAP Development and align with reporting tool  13) Put internal control checks and documentation with audit trail  14) Engage in initial costing and commercial support for local production center  15) Conduct monthly gatekeeper meetings to discuss business performance with all stakeholders and discuss  open issues and new proposals.  Required :  CA with 3-4 years of relevant experience in a FMCG/Consumer Durables/ Retail background  Excellent MS - Office skills  Working knowledge of SAP preferred  Excellent communication skills
