Job Profile:

- Should be able to execute project right from inception to release

- Should be able to effectively communicate with client

- Should be able to do test planning and strategy

- Should be able to implement test process across various projects

- Should be able to handle multiple projects and clients

- Should have handled manual test team of size 7 or 10

- Should have managed automation test projects preferably selenium.

- Should have the right mindset to work with client and team

- Should have experience handling teams and appraisals

- Should be able to add value to entire test process and client

- Preferably worked in MS side of technology but if handled java projects then it is definitely advantage

- Hands on at least few automation tools

- Exposure to working in SharePoint or BI domain is added advantage

- Having B1 visa is added advantage

Candidate profile:

- 8 -11 years of overall experience

- Must have strong Testing delivery experience and process consulting experience

- Must have strong experience in testing - estimations, Methodologies, Strategies and managing stakeholder expectations

- Ability to work in collaboration with different teams, strategic and management group
