Role Description :
Job Purpose :
Develop and Drive all Marketing initiatives and processes for the company.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Create brand pull and loyalty and achievement of brand targets through identification of relevant properties, initiatives, advertisement and effective utilization of ATL and BTL activities.
- Develop and execute brand campaigns that communicate the brand campaigns and build traction.
- Drive innovative marketing campaigns both offline and digital.
- Work with the creative and media buying agencies to ensure sales and marketing goals.
Functional Competencies :
- Brand and Product Management.
- Advtg and Sales Promotion.
- Strong analytical skills
- Should have Food / FMCG / Retail exposure or work experience.
Behavioral Competencies :
- Ability to quickly adapt to different situations depending on requirements
