Preparing the roster, trainer travel and stay arrangements.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  - Undertake requirement management with client, estimate effort and timelines.  - Allocation and review / monitor tasks for the team.  - Communicate regularly with client for project deliverables.  - Adherence and compliance to Project / Organization processes and standards.  - Provide appropriate support during the said period in the form of administration for the Outsourced Trainers.   Competencies:   - Excellent people management, client management and team management skills.  - Excellent working knowledge of computers, proficiency in using MS office application.  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  - Experience in Project and Process Management.  - Customer handling  - Service recovery  - Project management  Attitude:   - Self-motivated, Competitive, Hard-working, Team player, Customer-centric and Client-centric.   Minimum Qualification/skill Requirements: Graduate in any stream.  Mandatory:  - Age - Min: 28 - 35 years  - Should be physically fit and be open for extensive travelling on a monthly basis.  - Minimum 5 years overall experience in training, coordination and operations  - Excellent interpersonal skills, soft skill aptitude and service oriented attitude towards all team mates.  - Open to work in various clusters, regions and openness to travel basis requirement.  - Exact work location (is it client location - Ghansoli )-yes  - CTC:- 7-8lpa
