We have both international and domestic customers and marquee clients in our portfolio.  POSITION DESCRIPTION  Function : Sales   Position : Sales Manager  Location : Bangalore/Mumbai  Reporting to : CEO/Ecommerce Head  Experience : 4-5 years experience in selling BPO solutions to Ecommerce segment in India  PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES :  - Meeting sales targets as set quarter on quarter  - Building a prospect base and follow up for closure  - Doing analysis of organizations and coming up with possible opportunity areas  - Cold calling and creating leads  - Following up on leads with clients  - Opportunity analysis with clients  - Creating and making presentations for customers  - Preparing bids for RFPs and RFIs  - Ability to understand transition, technology, infrastructure, quality, process and put together a solution  - Managing client visits  CRITICAL SKILLS REQUIRED :  - Excellent Customer facing skills and ability to build rapport with clients.   - Excellent English written and communication skills  - Ability to make customer facing presentations  - Ability to understand customers requirements and put together the solution  CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION :  - Graduate, preferably with MBA or some Professional Qualification.  - 4-5 years experience   - Should be socially oriented  - Previous experience in a BPO business would be an advantage  - Good Communication skills  - Good analytical skills.  - Aptitude for understanding technology  - Should have good knowledge of operations, process and technology  Salary Range: 5 - 10 LPA
