CSR Lead consultant

This position will drive Corporate Social Responsibility and Employee Volunteering for LARGE MNC WITH OVER 3 CRORES BUDGET in India. One should act as ambassador/representative of COMPANY'S CSR effort in internally and externally. The individual would partner with corporate communications team and the business heads to embed CSR program into the everyday culture of the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities at COMPANY

1. Providing inputs for designing and executing CSR projects and employee volunteering programs in line with the company's CSR policy

2. Work with the communication team to effectively implement, monitor, evaluate and report on CSR activities and employee volunteering programs

3. Coordinating with implementing partners on volunteering prospects, implementation, and coordination for the same

4. Regular documentation, monitoring and evaluation of CSR projects as per implementation plan and scheduling monthly, quarterly and annual meetings as per schedule through usage of technology provided by Goodera

5. Create strategies to engage and inform executive leadership and the broader population on CSR and volunteering initiatives and programs

6. Representing COMPANY externally to NGOs, charitable organizations, relevant CR committees

7. Reporting for CSR Committee monthly and quarterly meetings, preparing MCA compliance reports

Required qualification and experience

1. A Post Graduate degree in communication/social work/marketing/sustainability/CSR

2. A Graduate degree in communication/business management

3. 1-4 years of work experience in the CSR sector is desirable.

4. Corporate environment experience a must

Skills Required

1. Knowledge of the Companies Act related to CSR, and prior experience in the area of CSR

2. Working knowledge of MS Office esp. Powerpoint and Excel

3. Organizational skills for volunteering activities, capacity building workshops, and other events

4. Strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to actively interact and communicate with stakeholders especially senior management - Board, CEO, CSR committee

5. Ability to build and maintain relationships and partnerships with outside organizations and with senior executives

6. A motivator and facilitator, with cross-functional organizational ability
