About this role:
We are looking for a standout marketing leader to own our marketing function, across media on both the customer acquisition and engagement side, and position us as a thought leader in the CSR Space.
Role Description :
- Craft and lead a world class content and communications strategy that builds awareness and perception of NextGen
- Execute marketing programs to generate leads, and manage and optimize our inbound funnel
- Build partnerships with key stakeholders (e.g. UNagencies, influencers, industrybodies etc.) in the ecosystem
- Drive and lead engagement with media partners including print and digital media, Drive conferences, knowledge round tables, awards and events
- Partner with the NextGen's sales team to create sales content, including white papers, case studies, presentations and collateral
- Iterate and articulate positioning, strategy and competitive differentiation
- Work with our PR firm to get us great coverage and participation at the right events
- Manage our online communications strategy, including engaging our key stakeholders through social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
- Develop and oversee brand guidelines
- Motivate our top customers to become NextGen brand ambassadors
What do we look for :
- 5-7 years experience in content marketing, social marketing or a related field Experience working closely with a sales team
- Desire, interest and inclination towards knowledge and thought leadership oriented marketing
- Analytical ability to understand and transform data into decisions and powerful stories
- Well suited to the startup environment - flexible, adaptive, self-motivated and fast learner
- Deep experience of successfully leading thought leadership, digital and social content, info-graphics and sales content directed to C-Suite audiences
- Experience with Wordpress, Google Analytics and other tools
