Senior Product Marketing Manager  Role  - Netcore is a Mumbai-based firm that develops best-in-class digital marketing products for enterprises across email, SMS, voice and Big Data. The firm has an open position for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager. This is a key position with high visibility among senior management and will report to the Products Head. The position will be based in Mumbai.  - As the Senior Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for determining product-market fit and positioning, concept validation with customers and driving subsequent adoption through Sales among existing and potential customers.  - This role involves working with several internal teams (Product management, Engineering, Sales and Marketing Communication) as well as extensively with Netcore’s customers.  - The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and have the ability to work in unstructured and rapidly changing environments. You will be able to work with cross-functional teams and manage conflicting priorities across these teams. You will be a tech-savvy person with high awareness of new methods of marketing to consumers across digital media.  Responsibilities  - Work regularly and deeply with Netcore’s customers, as well as keep track of the industry and Netcore’s competitors to  - Understand customer/industry problem areas and translate them into feature or new product requirements  - Construct hypotheses about product-market fit for that product; validate these with (among other methods) customer conversations and test online campaigns  - Upon release of feature/product, drive adoption and gather feedback on usage and usability for Product, User Experience and Engineering teams  Work with Product and Engineering to  - Communicate customer requirements and validate the subsequent product concept/specification  Work with Marketing Communications to   - Communicate the product positioning and target market segments for their subsequent ROI- and brand-awareness-based campaigns  Work with Sales to  - Equip them with clear, high-quality sales collateral  - Construct a clear positioning versus the competition for specific features/products  - Estimate and get sign-off from Sales on adoption and (wherever applicable) marginal revenue figures and hold them accountable after launch  Qualifications  - 3-4 years’ experience in a customer-facing or partner-facing role   - 3-4 years’ experience in digital marketing running ROI-based campaigns  - A firm understanding of the Indian digital marketing sector, either email or SMS; both is a bonus   - Excellent fluency in spoken and written English is a must - this role is all about effective communication  Contact  - Please send (1) your resume and (2) a cover letter detailing why you are a good fit for the role,
