Qualification & Experience : Knowledge of employment law & labor regulations
Graduate/ Post Grad in in HR/ Labour Relations with 8-9 years + experience in HR/ ER environment
Location : North India
Job responsibility :
- Support & drive the employee relations strategy & plan for the Unit.
- Proactive Union interface, and management. Strong interface towards ongoing dialogue with employee representatives, including Long Term Settlements (as applicable)
- Ensure social compliance across the unit through audit; to drive commitments towards laws and regulations and overall complainces
- Proactive Management of Disciplinary cases in the Unit; and Labour Court cases, including conciliations, etc
