Job Title : Assistant Manager/Manager - Commercial Spends  Region/ Market/ Country : India  Location : Gurgaon  Department : Management Accounting  Qualification Required : CA  Experience Required : 2-4 Years, Preference if worked in media, agencies, eCommerce space.  Job Responsibility :  - Support the PFME controller in monitoring, budgeting, control and effectiveness of commercial spends  - Strengthen the area of internal control, ensure compliances with PEC activities, co-ordination with BU, Corporate Communications and Financial Accounting teams  - Internal Controls - Self Audit Checklist, RACI Matrix, review standards, celebrity agreements  - Month end Accruals/Review, Activity level actuals, variance analysis  - Adherence to SOP by BUs  - Query resolution and KTs to Marketing function  - SAP Support  Functional Skills :  - Sound knowledge of accounting concepts.   - Working knowledge and understanding in area of commercial spends.  - Strong analytical skills, ability to draw co-relations across various variables.  - Good understanding of internal controls
