Birla Group)  Location : Pune (Sanaswadi)  Desired Profile :   MBA/ Master's degree with specialization in HR from a reputed institute, with 8-12 years of post qualification experience in reputed Indian and/or MNC organizations, known for good Talent and Leadership Development systems and practices.  Role Description :   - Design and implement systems/processes in the area of Talent Management, Leadership Development and Training and Development, leadership coaching and succession planning.  - Build a strong pipeline of leaders by identifying, developing and managing high-talent groups, such as hi-pots, successors to key positions, GET/MTs, etc.  - Identify developmental opportunities for hi-pots, conduct career planning exercise for them, assess separation risk and periodically review their progress  - Personally coach and mentor high-talent employees to take on leadership roles  - Conceptualize, design and implement development programs for senior leaders  - Oversee the planning and execution of the performance management cycle.
