Education qualification: Graduate +MBA(Preferred)

Preferred experience- Fresher/1-2 yrs of experience in financial industry

Role:

- Support product & program initiatives

New product roll out operations

Formulate MIS as per requirements

Assist in documentation related to product

Assist in research/data gathering

- Liaison with internal teams for all operational requirements

- Coordinate & Support Onboarding of customers

- Managing relationship with existing partners

Handle queries of customers/partners

Skills:

Excellent Communication (oral & written) Skills and Relationship management Skills

Comfortable with using technology tools including Microsoft tools

Basic Understanding of Financial Industry
