Key Responsibilities :  - Managing affiliate business which is through direct publishers or through affiliate networks to increase traffic, transactions, brand presence  - Identify, source and manage affiliate partnerships with the goal of driving revenue for Groupon India  - Creating and implementing monthly marketing plan for affiliates and alliances and managing a strong relationship with clients with effective ROI  - Meet monthly, quarterly revenue targets  - Identify and address product and channel needs, and work closely to build a strong distribution channel for Groupon  - Identify and establish affiliate partnerships to ensure broad distribution of Groupon's deals  - Monitor partner activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase affiliate revenues  - Negotiate with affiliate partners for premium placement using performance-based metrics  - Analyze/model data to identify growth trends and opportunities  - Work closely with the content, design, production, quality assurance and IT teams to ensure right implementation of various marketing projects  Requirements :  - Minimum of 2-5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing   - Must be fluent and skilled in Internet marketing, including email marketing, search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and blog/forum marketing  - Capable of working with tons of data in the form of cohorts, reports & LTVC metrics should be equivalent to a walk in the park  - Power user of Excel - reporting, macros, Pivot Tables  - Should come up with a structured, logical intuitive, simple way to convert ideas to campaigns & campaigns to conversions  - Knowledge of SSP / DSP platforms will be an added advantage  - Knowledge of SQL will be a plus  Individual applying to the role should ideally have the following attributes :  - Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment  - Should be results oriented, proactive and showing overall leadership quality  - Strong and innovative approach to problem solving and finding solutions  - Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal)  - Flexible and proactive/self-motivated working style with strong personal ownership of problem resolution  - Ability to prioritize when under pressure  - What we are looking at is a two-way deal.  - The individual will be given all the opportunities possible to understand the business and details about the function for which he/she is selected.  - In return we want the individual to put their creative hats/thinking caps on and adopt an out of the box thought process.
