We conduct assessments before and after a learning intervention for leaders to see the changes that they have made in themselves. We also conduct stand-alone assessment and development centres if organisations want to decide developmental interventions for a set of leaders or make decisions to select or promote candidates.  Work in the space of assessments includes conducting relevant, meaningful and interactive activities for our clients, that give them an opportunity to demonstrate and reflect upon their skills.   Working as an assessor involves the following :   - Working at the client office for the duration of the assessment centre - Conducting activities such as role plays and interviews, and observing and recording information about specific competencies.  - Working behind the scenes - Consolidating the observations into meaningful reports for each leader. This often involves mining data for the most relevant information and writing (editing, rewriting) detailed reports.  - Those who enjoy research and writing, will be a good fit for this role. The best assessors have sound judgment, an eye for detail and excellent communication skills (both oral and written).  - We are looking for people with a minimum of two years experience, anywhere up to 20 years. Note that we haven- t specified any particular field of work.   - We have an eclectic team with people who have worked in the fields of finance, journalism, therapy, teaching, etc.; and so are open to working with people from any field. What is important is you are willing to dedicate time and energy to build your skills and grow in this space.   - Apart from the days of assessment and report writing, each assessor at Navgati spends time attending the sessions that we organize to help them refine their ability to assess and write reports.  - If you believe you have the skills for it and you would like to work with a fun, creative and supportive set of people, you are at the right place.
