National Trade marketing manager-OTC Product Division  1) Trade related activities : Trade Scheme, Visibility and wholesale & retail engagement programme including loyalty programme  2) Manage coverage plans, work out along with RSMs/ ASM - Go to Market- strategies, review periodically the work in progress   3) Information Technology & Mobility Solutions : Leverage IT in sales organization by designing various implementation tools / designs/ concepts and analysis of data to build efficiency improvement parameters  4) MIS / Reporting Review, Review MORs / analysis by competition, A.C. Nielsen Review, report & plan  5) New Product Introductions, making launch plan and monthly launch   6) Lead the implementation of the rural integration and expansion drive as per agreed blueprint  7) Deploy the Sales Force Automation solutions including Distributor Software, Handheld terminals for frontline sales force etc.  8) Drive initiatives which enhance sales force productivity and performance.  9). Responsible for Trade Marketing / Category Management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories.  10) Develop, implement & evaluate category plans to meet profit objectives.  11) Manage and evaluate trade promotion levels to achieve maximum returns.  Internal and External Interactions:   The role requires interacting extensively with internal and external partners to execute category and brand mandates   Internal interaction will be with the regional heads . It also includes functioning closely with the brand teams. The role will also entail close coordination with the finance, IT and the PSO to help in planning and delivering objectives of the category  External interactions include coordination with service vendors and numerous external agencies such as printers, design agency, BLT agencies from time to time to ensure perfect execution of trade marketing initiatives for the year  Reporting relationship:  - Reports to the Sales Head-OTC
