Position : All India Sales & Marketing Head
Minimum Qualifications: B.Pharm or B.Sc.
Professional Qualifications: Any diploma / degree course in Marketing Management preferred
Experience 15 to 20 years of total Sales & Marketing and at least 4-5 years PAN India Head experience
Preferred Industries Pharmaceutical, preferably liquid formulation or critical care industry
Job Responsibilities
1) All functional and administrative responsibilities as the sales head for the entire field team (50 nos) and sales admin team (min 5 nos).
2) Managing sales volume of at least 50 - 100 crores
3) Profit & Loss responsibility, which includes Sales revenue and expense monitoring.
4) Helping Marketing team to develop Marketing Strategies ensuring optimum performance.
5) Direct responsibility of RSM & KAMs on all India bases.
6) Direction Setting and performance appraisals for the field force.
7) Training / developmental programs for the field force to increase operational efficiency.
8) To monitor stock inventory levels, make rolling plans as well as ensure adequate distribution of all products of the division.
9) Liaison with various internal departments (HRD, Finance, Production, Distribution).
10) Corporate Hospitals / Government Institutional Sales and exposure to tender business.
11) Accountable for analyzing market depending on market accountable for deciding pricing strategy for the product. Also responsible for understanding the past track record or past trend in the market. According to that analysis discuss issues with the directors.
12) Accountable for maintaining relationship with various customers, key accounts and opinion leaders. Responsible for satisfying customers query and provide better service as early as possible.
13) Responsible for analyzing the competitors, their USPs, rates, product quality etc. parameters and preparing against competitors.
