Job Purpose: Provide Leadership in OEM Business Channel, provide profitable growth, drive productivity in Sales, responsible to drive strategic and tactical execution of OEM business  Qualification: Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering  Professional Qualification in Business Administration will be an advantage  Experience: 15-20 Years of Experience in handling geography of India in for OEM Market  Should have handled large team size in OEM, acquired, retained and developed customers  Should have experience in dealing in Automotive, Machinery, Power equipment etc"  Key Responsibilities:  - Business- Strategic & Tactical planing & implementation of 2016 & 2020 sales strategy. Timely correction of negative trends by: Swift and correct reporting to management  Realization of revenue growth / assuring production continuity / increasing market share  - Market Segmentation - Focus on key market segments in Machinery, Automation to generate both breadth & depth of customers. Cover geography to create critical mass to generate sustainable market share  - Coordination - He/She will drive Key Account Management, Global Account Co-ordination and provide strategic direction & account penetration to generate cross selling index  Seek internal technical guidance from Field Application engineering, Product Management & Engineering function to plug product gaps & introduce new products. Work with Sales forecasting & Planning to ensure customer commitments are met with scheduling & forecasting  - Cash Flow - Is responsible for efficient efficient cash flow, collection review, concessional forms and negotiate T&C for large businesses  - Systems & Processes - Develop and improve systems in OEM business to service contracts with customer service. Develop forecast mechanism to improve outlook of customers production. He/She is the key driver to implement sales effectiveness program that implements sales levers & improves sales productivity  - End to End Systems - Develop & implement strategy with business development for increasing end to end system business and reach out to more customers from existing & new accounts  - Dealers - Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business along with Channel Manager  - Represent Client at Trade association meetings and promote products"  - Drive for Results - Should have passion for Sales and drives results with team work  - Relationship Builder - Should be capable of conversing comfortably with his colleagues & external customers   - Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority  - Change acceleration - Is ready for new ideas, create culture of change & is a change agent  - Organizing Skills - should be methodical, analytical & possess logical reasoning skills.  - Communication Skills - Should be able to succinctly and clearly communicate ideas & thoughts.
