India is a key market for the organization and is looking to hire a National Sales Manager to lead one of their biggest product portfolios.
Job Description :
Reporting to the Country Director, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of 40 people across India
- Owning and managing the P&L responsibility of the assigned business unit
- Ensure achievement of sales budget while also creating new markets for the portfolio
- Maintaining and developing relationships with KOLs in order to ensure product visibility among the Medical fraternity
The Successful Candidate :
- Must come with a minimum of 15 years experience in Sales and Business Development in the Medical Device or Equipment Industry. The candidate must have handled a business size of at least USD 5 million and must have a proven track record of scaling up businesses
