Currently we have been retained by one of our clients which is a leading, growing and one of the oldest Indian names in Small Appliances / Consumer Durable industry to fill a vacancy of a National Sales Manager - Appliances, to be based at their HO in Delhi.  This company is a part of Indian origin, turnover over about $ 1.6-billion diversified reputed group with presence in 30 counties. The Home Appliances division provides products for heating, cooling and kitchen, has extended its presence to around 100 major cities across the country panning 100+ distributors and 3000+ outlets. The appliances division is aiming for about Rs 200 crore turnover in next 1 year, & has 90 people currently in this product line. The position would report to Business Head of appliances who in turn reports to the CEO.  Brief Profile:  - Responsible for developing annual sales plan for each product and territory.  - Coordination with distribution channel and ensuring the availability of inventory at every level.  - Develop and implement strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve business objectives for products and services.  - Direct sales forecasting activities and set performance goals accordingly.  - Analyze and control expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.  - Represent company at trade association meetings to promote product/services.  - Prepare periodic sales pipeline reports showing sales volume and potential sales.  The applicant should have around 12-20 years experience in sales & sales operations across the Consumer Durable/ Home Appliance industry. Should have handled PAN India operations for at least 2 years
