This role is strictly meant for folks who are ready to go out and create difference in the field/market (ASEAN rural market) and not looking for cozy back office job.  Role : National Sales Manager (NSM) (Sales and Distribution of F&B/FMCG) with a very niche Europe based F&B player having more than 30 brands in their bouquet ranging from Confectionery, Beverages, Frozen foods etc  Designation : National Sales Manager en-route to Country Manager  Reporting to : Regional Sales Head ( ASEAN) with dotted line to Global sales head.  Minimum Qualification : PG Diploma or MBA.   Candidates Preferably from : Nestle/Unilever/P&G/ITC/R&B  Minimum Work experience : 5 years in Sales in F&B/FMCG industry.   Industry/Sector Specific experience : F&B/FMCG   No. of direct reportees : 2 to 3   - Rural marketing in F&B/FMCG will be a big plus  ASEAN experience in F&B/FMCG sales & marketing will be super plus.  Location : Vietnam   Key Accountabilities/KRA's :   - Setting up distribution network in terms of width and depth.   - Setting up strong sales team & Sales systems   - Appointment of distributors   Skills/Experience required to perform the role:   Essential :   - Hard working   - Aggressive   - have worked in rural area for Nestle or Unilever types in India/South Asia or South East Asia (ASEAN)  - At least 3 year working experience in metro city after working minimum 2 years in rural areas   Soft Skills :   - Excellent Communication skills   - Ability to work in team and individual capacity   - Strong leader   - Can drive the sales team   - Not shy to be in market in making relationship with customers.   Personal competencies : The Values   - Speed & Efficiency   - Hard working   - Integrity.   - Honest   - Eagerness to grow professionally.   Appx Travel % - (Domestic/ International): 60- 70%   Language skill : English & Hindi ( any other Asian language will be a plus).   Compensation : Expat level :  Most competitive tax free Salary( minimum US$60K per annum)+ Company provided accommodation + Company car+travel reimbursements+child education+ Mediclaim+OoPE + Relocation assistance/allowance to Vietnam  Note : Candidates whose current salary is less than 20 lacs per annum, should not apply for this role.
