Job Description:  - To lead the sales initiatives of the Aquaculture Automation products and services to aquaculture farmers across India   - Establish a thorough sales process and monitoring mechanism for real time tracking and planning of sales activities  - Layout and execute go to market strategies   - Build (hiring, training, deploying and monitoring) the sales team   - Develop and implement subscription based models for enhancing the sales reach  - Explore and Activate alternative sales channels  - Effectively liaise with production team for meeting the targets at minimum costs  - Ensure after sales service and repeat business from the customers  Key Skills: Qualification: MBA or equivalent qualification from premiere institute.   (Preferred: Post graduate / under graduate degree in aqua or related field desirable.)  Experience: 7-10 years of experience in sales of aquaculture or related products across India.
