The National Sales Head - National Security will be responsible for defining the vision for National Security Business for the GIS client and take all necessary & comprehensive actions to implement that vision to result in rapid growth and sustainable business.
The position will report directly to the senior VP for India Sales.
The role requires working in a collaborative envrionment with entire sales team to maximise the revenue opportunities across the country & optimise profit.
The individual is to increase the company's market share by building strategic relationship in a highly segmented market place comprised of customer from all different services, DRDO labs and associated organisation, intelligence agencies, para Military forces, disaster management state policies, etc., responsible for entire India, Nepal & Bhutan as geography territory.
Essentials Role Requirements:
1. Build a vision for client businesses in various sector mentioned
2. Achieve revenue, profitability & other assigned objectives for different sector
3. Be the customer facing "thought leader" for GIS in National Security arena.
4. Cultivate & maintain effective business relationship with decision makers in a large account and associated ministries - department
5. Develop and implement strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed corporate objectives for product & services
6. Follow sales forecasting activities and discipline
7. Strategize & execute plan for client to work with top system integrator, ISVs & other business partners for successful speed of our technologies
8. Ensure client offering are a part of key projects in these sectors
9. Build and oversee execution of marketing plans, along with client marketing team, for the assigned sector
10. Establish and maintain relationship with industry influencers and key strategic partners
11. Assist and mentor regional sales team for these sectors.
The individual would be based in Noida with assumed travel requirements.
